Join us for one week in Greater Philadelphia (Downingtown, PA). Here we cover in-depth reviews of how to build a winning team, develop actionable local marketing and advertising plans, and go from sales to design and installation. Following our daily operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) you will get hands-on experience, plus insights from the application of our technology platforms to manage and build your local closet and design business.
As you get ready to open, we will be there with onsite support in your Diplomat Closet Design studio. As an owner, you have our ongoing guidance to develop, grow and become an active part of your local community.
