We Listen.
One of our skilled designers will connect with you and simply listen. We understand that your time is valuable and do our best to be efficient, gather all pertinent information and begin the design. Whether it's a simple reach-in, a garage reorganization or a lavish dressing room, we treat each opportunity with the same enthusiasm and attention.

We Design.
All of our consultations are FREE. Our team of designers works hand-in-hand with each customer to tailor a solution particular to their needs and budget. We provide detailed 2D and 3D renderings of each space, so you can visualize exactly what your newly organized area will look like.

We Manufacture.
Our production facility uses cutting-edge technology to give you a product that not only looks great but withstands the test of time. The advantage of having our own facility is simple, our quality is higher, our turnaround times are faster and our flexibility is greater.
Our Downingtown, PA production facility means no third-party shop, no imported flat pack, and no waiting on someone else's schedule.

We Install.
We believe every client deserves a white-glove experience from start to finish. That means respecting your home, keeping the space clean during installation, and making sure every surface is polished and perfect before we leave, and we're available afterward for questions and future projects.
What to expect, stage by stage

Before the consultation
Nothing to prepare beyond clearing enough floor space to measure. It helps to have a rough sense of who uses the space and what currently fails, hanging that sags, shoes on the floor, coats on a chair. Photos of rooms you like are welcome but never required.
During the in-home visit
Your designer measures the room, notes outlets, vents, baseboard and door swings, and talks through how you actually use the space. There is no pressure to decide anything on the spot and the consultation costs nothing.
Reviewing the drawings
You get 2D elevations and 3D renderings with the price attached, so the shelf heights, drawer counts and finishes you are approving are the ones that get built. Revisions happen before manufacturing begins, not after, and the quote moves with the drawing.
Selecting finishes at the design studio
Renderings only go so far, so you are invited to the design studio to handle the materials, doors and hardware and make the final selections in person. It is also where accessories get decided, baskets, belt and tie racks, valet rods, hooks, slatwall and shoe fencing.
Installation day
Our own crew arrives, protects floors and doorways, builds in place and cleans up before leaving. How long it takes depends on the size of the project, and you do the final walk-through with the installer.
Payment and scheduling
A deposit confirms your build slot and the balance is due on completion. Financing is available if you would rather spread the cost, and we schedule the install date once your drawings are signed off so the shop and your calendar line up.
After we leave
The system is adjustable by design, shelves and rods move on standards as your storage needs change. If something needs attention, you call the same local office in Downingtown that sold and built it, not a national call center.
