How we work with you

Specified once, built once, installed clean.

Our design teams and installers regularly work with architects, interior designers and professional organizers to provide inspirational custom storage systems. Every project starts with a field measure by the designer who draws it, so the dimensions on the drawings are the dimensions in the house.

The cabinetry is manufactured in our own Downingtown, Pennsylvania facility rather than ordered from a third-party vendor, and installation is handled by Diplomat crews.

The trade membership is a commission program rather than a discount account: members can earn up to $1,500 in commission per job. To apply, we ask for your business details and at least two forms of proof of trade, a link to your business website showcasing your design work, a designer association membership card or certification (ASID, IIDA, CDECA, AIA, IDC, NCIDQ, ASP, CSP, LEED, CID, NKBA or HSR), a current state business license, or a business card showing your design profession.

Trade program questions

The program is for design professionals, architects, interior designers and professional organizers. Applications are reviewed, and we ask for at least two forms of proof of trade.

At least two of the following: a link to your business website showcasing your design work, a designer association membership card or certification (ASID, IIDA, CDECA, AIA, IDC, NCIDQ, ASP, CSP, LEED, CID, NKBA or HSR), a current state business license, or a business card showing your design profession. We also collect your business license or tax ID on the application.

It is a trade-only commission program: members can earn up to $1,500 in commission per job. Your project manager confirms the amount for your specific project.

We do. Our design teams measure and draw the project, it is manufactured in our Downingtown, Pennsylvania facility, and installation is handled by Diplomat crews.
