Why builders switch
Storage should never be the trade that holds up settlement.
Closets and built-ins land at the worst possible point in a build: after paint, days before the walk-through, when every remaining task is visible to the buyer. A vendor that misses by a week does not just move one line on the schedule, it moves settlement. That is the problem our program is designed around.
We manufacture in our own Downingtown, Pennsylvania facility, so your lead time is a decision we make rather than one we inherit from a supplier. We field-measure after drywall so nothing is built to a drawing that the framing did not follow.
The bid is where the partnership starts. You get a proposal package during the bidding phase with a comprehensive pricing report and a coordinating drawing set, full binders of pricing ahead of time, and complimentary revisions when the plan changes. Scheduled follow-ups keep us aligned with your construction timeline rather than surfacing three days before the walk-through.
Your buyers are handled directly. Our in-house designers meet with your clients, host selection meetings at the design studio, and bring samples so upgrades are easy to say yes to. Model homes get the same attention, because that is where buyers first picture the storage.
For custom builders we work the way a millwork shop should: elevations coordinated with your cabinetry, trim and paint schedule, and installers who understand construction sequencing and coordinate dates that work for everyone on site.
