Ryan Lindstadt is the Founder and CEO of Diplomat Closet Design, where he has transformed a one-man operation into a scalable, franchise-ready brand. Launching the company in 2010, Ryan spent the early years mastering every aspect of the business, from carpentry and installation to customer service and sales. His hands-on experience laid the groundwork for the systems and processes that now support franchisees.

A member of Entrepreneurs' Organization and a strong proponent of the Traction (EOS) framework, Ryan built a leadership team, acquired property for long-term growth, and expanded operations through strategic acquisitions. In 2021, he launched Closet Parts Corp and later acquired a 40-year-old closet supply company, gaining valuable insights into supply chain management and operational scaling. This experience ultimately reinforced his belief that franchising with motivated, local owner-operators is the best path forward for brand growth.

Under Ryan's leadership, Diplomat Closet Design has become a recognized name in custom organization solutions, backed by a strong infrastructure, a people-first culture, and a vision for nationwide expansion.

Laura Bryan is the Chief Operating Officer at Diplomat Closet Design, where she oversees design operations, sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and project execution across all locations. Since joining the company in 2016, Laura has been instrumental in building the systems that support Diplomat's high-quality standards and franchise readiness. She plays a central role in franchise onboarding, day-to-day workflow, and cross-team coordination, ensuring every client and franchisee receives a consistent, elevated experience.

Laura's background includes over a decade in interior design and residential construction, including her time as a Senior Designer for Toll Brothers' East Coast divisions. As their Design Studio Manager she helped lead Toll's design studio expansion on the West Coast before returning to Pennsylvania to raise her family. Shortly after, Ryan brought her on board at Diplomat, recognizing the value of her design expertise and leadership.

With a degree in Interior Design and a passion for problem-solving, Laura brings creativity, structure, and heart to everything she does, making her a key player in Diplomat's continued growth.

Keely Dadamo is the Chief Financial Officer at Diplomat Closet Design, where she leads all financial strategy, reporting, and budgeting across the company and its affiliated brands. With a background in public accounting and years of experience at top firms like KPMG and Accenture, Keely brings deep financial expertise and strong analytical insight to the Diplomat leadership team.

Initially joining Diplomat in a part-time capacity to allow for flexibility while raising her three children, Keely's role quickly evolved into a full-time leadership position. Today, she oversees a growing finance team across multiple locations and plays a key role in strategic decision-making alongside Ryan and Laura.

As the brand continues to expand through franchising, Keely ensures that the financial infrastructure remains strong, scalable, and supportive of long-term growth, for both the corporate team and franchisees.
